PianoDisc^® iQ Upgrades

If you have one of the player systems on the right we may be able to upgrade your piano to the latest iQ iPad Airport system. The majority of clients with these discontinued systems have only a handful of CD’s or floppy disks that came with the piano.

The option is now available to have hundreds of albums and tracks on the iPad and to download new music whenever you want. An upgrade is much cheaper than a new system so if your system mechanics are in a satisfactory condition you can benefit from the advance of PianoDisc technology and make much more use of your piano.

We need to check the control unit’s serial number; this is found on a label under the unit. We can then check that your firmware is upgradeable. If we are unable to upgrade your system we would need to replace the majority of the parts. This is normally a workshop job, however it would still be cheaper than a typical new install.

Upgrades can often be done onsite in a day. We can also convert your existing CD collection to play from the iPad (a charge may apply). The upgrade pack also includes some free albums.

As part of the upgrade we will check the system function, however if any major work is required to bring it up to standard an extra fee may be chargeable. Of course this work would only be done with your approval.
